September 11th, 2011Conferences for young people from all of the churches in the Southeast will be held on Fri, Oct. 21 thru Lord’s Day, Oct. 23, 2011
Registration deadline for churches is Mon. Oct. 3
Please submit forms by eMail or Fax;
payment and medical release by postal mail.
The format of the conferences will be very similar to the October 2010 conferences.
- College Age and Grades 10 thru 12 will meet together in a single, blended conference at the meeting hall of the church in Atlanta.
- Grades 7 thru 9 will have a separate conference at the meeting hall of the church in Athens.
- Hospitality will be provided for all attendees of both conferences.
- Registration packets are available for churches to download.
- Medical Release forms are available for individual families to download, fill in, print, sign and return to your locality.
- Consecration form for all students in grades 7 through 12.
We highly recommend that college workers and high school serving ones in each locality coordinate together for this conference, travel together and in general blend together since this is a combined conference. Planning should also take into consideration the fact that there are two conferences in two different cities, 60 miles apart.
