Conferences for young people from all of the churches in the Southeast will be held on Fri, Oct. 22 thru Lord’s Day, Oct. 24, 2010
Registration deadline is 5 pm, Mon. Oct. 4
Please submit forms by eMail or Fax;
payment and medical release by postal mail.
The format of the conferences will be very similar to the October 2009 conferences.
- College Age and Grades 10 thru 12 will meet together in a single, blended conference at the meeting hall of the church in Atlanta.
- Grades 7 thru 9 will have a separate conference at the meeting hall of the church in Athens.
- Hospitality will be provided for all attendees of both conferences.
- Registration packets are available for churches to download.
- Medical Release forms are available for individual families to download, fill in, print, sign and return to your locality.
- Consecration form for Athens conference and for Atlanta HS students.
We highly recommend that college workers and high school serving ones in each locality coordinate together for this conference, travel together and in general blend together since this is a combined conference. Planning should also take into consideration the fact that there are two conferences in two different cities, 65 miles apart.
We desire all of the churches in the Southeast to enter into the burden for this time. Responsible brothers from each locality should contact us at coordination@seypw.org to indicate your desire to pray with us, and participate in the fellowship and coordination leading up to the conference. Conference calls for serving ones will be held in the coming weeks.
